Commendable Castor Oil, rich in remedying ricinoleic acids and emollient esters, is a skilled soother and superlative satiater of all manner of skin conditions with a herculean history as a detoxifying decongestant that loves the liver and lymph. Grown from heirloom seeds in organic, mineral-rich red soil, our cold-pressed Castor Oil is truly authentic, and a talented triglyceride lipid composed of concentrated skin-conditioning fatty acids, 90 percent of which are rare ricinoleic acids.

Living Libations clarifying Castor Oil performs like a dream and is very viscous yet much less sticky than common castor oil. This thick, lubricative oil is unrefined, unfiltered, and unbleached (a common practice with castor), so you get to experience the whole lovely lipid. Natural sediment in the oil often sinks to the bottom of the bottle. Just give the bottle a shake, and enjoy it as part of the beauty of this special pressing.

When activated with essential oils, quenching Castor Oil sinks into skin faster, feels less sticky, and keeps the Castor at its best.

Rosemary’s verve saturates Castor Oil’s viscosity to enhance absorption as it seeps into skin and scalp. Massage into hair and scalp. Dab upon pigmented patches and blemishes, slide on for deep facial massages, and roll-on to brows and lashes.

  • Shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS using expedited parcel service

  • All shipments include tracking and are insured up to $100

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

  • Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland + Labrador incurs a Flat Rate Shipping of $25 CAD on all orders.

Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our storefront:

United States

  • Flat rate shipping: $25 USD on all orders

  • Orders ship via Purolator (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Aprikose, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Please note: we do not offer refunds.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging, with tags attached

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All discounted or sale items

HOLIDAY & SEASONAL ITEMS

Items sold as part of our seasonal or holiday collections marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

STORE CREDIT

Shop credit can be used both in-store and online.
To redeem your credit for an online purchase, please contact hello@shopaprikose.com as well as visit our Returns Center.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Center.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status. If approved, store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Aprikose.

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

We pack every order with care and attention to detail. However, once your package leaves our facility, Aprikose is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or Canada Post) directly to file a claim. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
