Care Guide
Caring for merino wool is easy !
- Wash : on the wool cycle of your washing machine inside a wash bag or by hand in cold water. Either way, use very little detergent, do not rub or twist the yarn.
- Dry : remove excess water, reshape your knit and lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight and never in a tumble dryer.
- Care : remove any wrinkles using steam or a low-heat iron on the wool setting, avoiding the seams. Use a wool comb or fabric shaver to gently remove piling that may appear after a few wears.
- Store : Keep your knits folded rather than hung on hangers to avoid stretching them down. Palace natural moth repellents in your wardrobe for safekeeping.

At Aprikose, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

STORE CREDIT
Shop credit can be used both in-store and online.
To redeem your credit for an online purchase, please contact hello@shopaprikose.com as well as visit our Returns Center.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status. If approved, store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Aprikose.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We pack every order with care and attention to detail. However, once your package leaves our facility, Aprikose is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or Canada Post) directly to file a claim. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
