Our table pyramid with snowman - unique craftsmanship from the Ore Mountains
Manufactured in our family-run factory in Crottendorf in the Ore Mountains, the tealight pyramid with snowman is ideal as a winter table decoration. The table pyramid with snowman is also an eye-catcher on the festively decorated Christmas table. The impeller, connected to the base plate by a metal rod, is powered by the rising heat of the four candles. You can use commercially available tea lights with a diameter of 38 mm.

From cutting the wood to packaging, we take care of all the steps in the production process in our factory for original Erzgebirge wood art. Putting together all the tiny details of this table pyramid to create a harmonious winter scene requires special sensitivity. Even the miniature snowman and the bunny are hand-painted; the snowman's scarf is knotted by hand and the stack of wood is also authentically sawn from small birch twigs. We manufacture all our products from PEFC-certified sycamore maple and use water-based paints according to DIN EN 71. The colored stain we use gives the wood a very unique charm with a matt surface.

US orders are shipped via Purolator using the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and may be collected by US Customs before delivery.

STORE CREDIT
Shop credit can be used both in-store and online.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status. If approved, store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Aprikose.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We pack every order with care and attention to detail. However, once your package leaves our facility, Aprikose is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or Canada Post) directly to file a claim.
