Because of the moving of the feet of the baby, pilling will occur the first times when wearing. This extreme pilling stabilizes after wearing for a while. Note that minimal pilling is a natural characteristic of merinowool.

Once an order has shipped, Aprikose is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
Any additional shipping costs for exchanges will be charged to the customer
At Aprikose, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.
Please note: we do not offer refunds.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
In the original packaging, with tags attached
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Undergarments, including socks and underwear
Magazines
Items marked Final Sale
All discounted or sale items
Items sold as part of our seasonal or holiday collections marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shop credit can be used both in-store and online.

To request a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status. If approved, store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Aprikose.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We pack every order with care and attention to detail. However, once your package leaves our facility, Aprikose is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or Canada Post) directly to file a claim. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
