After studying Graphic Design, Gravel pursued a career writing and illustrating children's books, where her quirky and charming characters quickly won the hearts of children and adults worldwide. In 2012, Gravel received the Governor General's Literary Award for her book La clé à molette. A prolific artist, she has over thirty children's books to her name which have been translatedinto a dozen languages, including The Disgusting Critters series, The Mushroom Fan Club, The Bug Club, The Worst Book Ever, and If Found. . .Please Return to Elise Gravel, her challenge to young artists to keep a sketchbook. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return for store credit or an exchange, please visit our Returns Center.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification regarding the status. If approved, store credit will be issued or your exchange will be processed. Approval is at the sole discretion of Aprikose.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We pack every order with care and attention to detail. However, once your package leaves our facility, Aprikose is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or Canada Post) directly to file a claim. We will always try our best to assist you in any situation.
